- A valid National Certificate (NC) in your qualification
- National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) or Trainers Methodology certificate, if you are a trainer
- Competency assessor accreditation, if you are an assessor
- One government-issued ID
- A recent ID photo with a plain background

For life
Membership is for life once your application is approved. Dues are paid once a year, per calendar year: at the annual convention, or by GCash or bank transfer reported from the member portal. Members with the current year's dues paid can vote at the general assembly.

Who can join?
TVET trainers and competency assessors with current TESDA credentials. You do not need to live in the Cordillera, but most of our activities are held here.
How long does approval take?
The secretariat reviews applications in the order they arrive. You will get an email when a decision is made.
What if my certificate is about to expire?
You can still apply. Upload what you have, then add the renewed certificate from your member portal.
How is my personal information used?
Only to manage your membership and verify your credentials. Read the privacy notice for the details.
