About the association

ATTTACA, the Association of TVET Trainers and TESDA Accredited Competency Assessors, brings together the trainers and assessors who work within the TESDA system, from the Cordillera and other regions.

The qualifications our members teach and assess

NC I

Routine tasks

Workers perform a defined range of routine tasks under close supervision.

NC II

Known routines

Workers perform a prescribed range of functions involving known routines and procedures, with limited choice and responsibility.

NC III

Wider responsibility

Workers handle a wide range of functions, some of them complex and non-routine, and may guide others.

NC IV

Supervision and judgment

Workers carry out a broad range of complex technical work and take responsibility for the output of others.

Mission

To uphold the quality of technical-vocational training and assessment in the Cordillera and beyond by supporting the trainers and assessors who deliver it.

Vision

A region where every certified worker was trained and assessed by a qualified, accountable professional.
